Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Every attempt I take is met with silence. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I immediately sent the requested documentation. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one.
